Blue Bear Farm Hospitality is a natural extension of the Colorado Convention Center's Blue Bear Farm, a pioneering urban garden established in 2012.
Situated adjacent to the convention center, Blue Bear Farm spans over 5,000 square feet and produces more than 1,800 pounds of fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs annually, along with maintaining active beehives.
This initiative was developed in partnership with Sodexo Live! as part of Denver's commitment to sustainability and local food sourcing.


Building upon this foundation, Blue Bear Farm Hospitality was created to bring the farm's fresh, locally grown produce directly to events and gatherings at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. By integrating the farm's harvest into our culinary offerings, we provide guests with farm-to-table experiences that highlight the flavors of our region. Our approach not only supports environmental sustainability but also fosters community engagement and promotes healthy living.
